We need someone with the following set of skills:

Customer Success Team works to ensure customers are on board with Agentics and the desired outcome of using the product is achieved. The team focuses on relationship management with clients and works for mutually beneficial outcomes. The goal of Customer success is to make the customer as successful as possible resulting in decreased customer churn and improve customer lifetime value for the company. The team provides demo/training to customers regarding the product and also provide chat support in case customers face any difficulty in using our product.

Jobs & Responsibilities & Requirements

 

  • Conduct Community Feature Workshops
  • Develop professional relationships with existing customers as an “Account manager”.
  • Ensure that the customers use all the features and update them about new features.
  • Develop Healthy Customer Relationships.
  • Enhance Customer Training experience and provide them with solutions that will support their Business.
  • Promote Customer Loyalty.
  • Train clients about software-online/field visits.
  • Collaborate with the team and other departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction for the product.
  • Maintain/Improve Renewal numbers as guided by the team Manager.
  • Connect with clients through chat, emails, Zoom calls and phone calls.

Ideally, you should have

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, or marketing  
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Exceptional ability to close sales with new and existing clients & demonstrate  performance
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
  • Ability and willingness to work both in a team as well as autonomously to achieve targets
  • Passionate about learning and development
  • Knowledge of customer success processes
  • Patient and active listener.
  • Passion for service.
